At ZITARA, each piece is handcrafted with care and thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. Since our jewellery is made to order and crafted in delicate materials, we do not accept returns.

However, we understand that sizing issues may occur.
If your ring doesn’t fit, we are happy to offer a one-time size exchange. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways (sending the original piece back to us and receiving the resized piece).

Refunds are only applicable in the rare case that an item arrives damaged.
We take great care in our packaging to avoid such situations. If you do receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images or videos as proof. We will evaluate the case and initiate a refund or replacement if eligible.

Please note:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Custom pieces and earrings are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
